Building and backing ideas for a thriving future.

Sometimes that means stepping in as a fractional co-founder. Sometimes it means advising on direction and connecting the right people. Sometimes we build a venture from scratch.
What stays constant: we are in it until the work is done.
How we work
Strategic guidance for founders who know what they are building but need a thinking partner and a trusted outside view.
We step in as fractional co-founder, bringing strategic, operational, and partnership capacity from day one.
Originating and building ventures from the ground up, across nature, leadership, and regenerative business.
Connecting founders with the investors, organisations, and collaborators who can move their work forward.
We work with a small number of ventures at a time. If you think there could be a fit, reach out and let's chat.
